Spirituality and psychic mediums are often intertwined concepts, although they can be approached from different perspectives. Both spirituality and psychic mediums often involve a belief in a realm beyond the physical world. This may include beliefs in spirits, souls, the afterlife, or higher powers. Psychic mediums such as I can communicate with the spirits of the deceased or other entities from the spiritual realm. This communication takes various forms, such as receiving messages, sensing energies, or seeing visions. In my personal experience, I use photo readings to relay messages to loved ones. People turn to both spiritual and psychic mediums to seek guidance, clarity, and insight into their lives, relationships, and futures. They may seek answers to questions about their purpose, challenges they’re facing, or messages from departed loved ones.
Many spiritual traditions emphasize the idea of connecting with a higher consciousness or divine presence. My abilities help me to tap into this higher realm of knowledge and wisdom. Both spirituality and psychic mediumship are in my opinion avenues for personal growth, healing, and transformation. They offer comfort, validation, and a sense of closure to individuals grieving the loss of a loved one, as well as insights into life’s deeper mysteries.
However, it’s important to note that not all spiritual beliefs incorporate the concept of psychic mediumship, and not all psychic mediums operate within a specific spiritual framework. Some may view their abilities purely in terms of intuition, energy sensitivity, or extrasensory perception, without necessarily attributing them to spiritual or supernatural forces. Perceptions of spirituality, including practices like psychic mediumship, vary widely among individuals and cultures. Some people may view spiritualism as “crazy” due to several factors:
Beliefs and practices that deviate from mainstream or dominant cultural and religious norms can be perceived as strange or irrational by those who adhere to different belief systems. Of course, I believe in freedom of religion and respecting each other’s beliefs. Psychic, phenomena and spiritual experiences often lack empirical evidence that can be scientifically verified. Skeptics may dismiss spiritual practices as irrational or pseudoscientific without tangible proof. It’s extremely hard to show someone what I see as I have tried for the past 10 years. There are some people out there who have the same gift as me, but it can be challenging to prove.
In societies that prioritize rationalism and skepticism, beliefs and practices based on intuition, faith, or supernatural phenomena may be met with skepticism or even ridicule. Portrayals of spirituality, psychic abilities, and mediums in popular media and entertainment can sometimes reinforce stereotypes or misconceptions, leading to dismissive attitudes from those who are unfamiliar with or skeptical of these practices. This, unfortunately, leads us to instances of individuals exploiting others’ beliefs in spirituality or psychic phenomena for personal gain or engaging in fraudulent activities. This can contribute to negative perceptions of spiritualism.
It’s essential to recognize that perceptions of spirituality are subjective and influenced by individual beliefs, cultural backgrounds, and personal experiences. While some may dismiss spiritual practices as “crazy,” others find meaning, comfort, and guidance in them. It’s crucial to approach discussions about spirituality with empathy, open-mindedness, and respect for diverse perspectives. Stay Blessed
